When will your order be processed?
All orders placed before 12:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday will begin processing the day you order. If you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Special Orders
All necklaces are standard 16 inches. Longer lengths are available. The rate is $25 per 2 inches of longer chain which will be added after checkout. Any necklace that is lengthened is not returnable. All designs are available in yellow white and rose gold. Special orders of alternative colors are not returnable. Rings are standard size 5-7 3/4. All rings larger or smaller are not returnable. All rings larger than 7 3/4 are suject to sizing fees. The fee structure is $25 for size 8 and $10-$15 for every size larger than size 8.

Gift Message
For a special finishing touch, if requested, we will include a free gift card and enclose your item in a distinctive gift box. The gift box is a laurenklein.com gift box with our logo. The charge is $5 and is not refundable upon return.

Shipping Policies
Your order delivery method is determined based on the price of your order (before tax). If you are offered free UPS Ground, or FedEx® 2Day delivery, we provide (when applicable) the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping method for a small fee.

Our standard shipping method ground shipping. For security reasons, Lauren Klein ships to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. All packages are signature required. Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required. Most orders ship out within 2-4 business days. Then it takes 3 additional business days by FedEx Express Saver / UPS / USPS to reach you or the recipient. In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay. All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and may take an additional 10 business days.

Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping method you select. As indicated above, your order is estimated to arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. However, you may expedite delivery by choosing Express Delivery for $16.00 With Express Delivery, your shipment should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Because some items are made to order and take may 3 to 5 weeks for delivery, they cannot be shipped via Express Delivery. All estimated arrival dates are assuming immediate approval from your credit card's issuing bank.

Tracking your order:
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number when applicable. This gives you the ability to track your order through the carrier at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Order Cancellation:
If you'd like to cancel or change a Lauren Klein order for any reason, please contact our customer service department and make sure to include your Lauren Klein order number or call us at 877-215-6779. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. Special orders can not be canceled.

If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Lauren Klein according to our Return Policy.

Lauren Klein reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Return Policy:
We offer a 30 day return policy with NO restocking fee. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We are so confident in the quality and value of our merchandise that we have no reason to charge our customers a restocking fee. Your Satisfaction is important to us! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the item for a FULL REFUND less shipping fees within 30 days of receipt. There are no refunds on special orders or jewelry that has any modifications to the design made by us your jeweler. Items returned not in their original package will not be accepted. Please contact us to coordinate the return shipment of the product as an authorization number is required. We require shipping insurance on all products returned to us. Please note, shipping fees and the cost associated with return of the product to us are non-refundable.

Please note that all special/custom orders including initials, engravables that are engraved or monogrammed or non-standard sizes in necklace chains and rings are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Any jewelry that is personalized or special order in a color we do not carry online is not returnable. All Personalized jewelry is final sale. No returns whatsoever.

Please note that rings sized above stock size 5-7 3/4 are not returnable.

We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. If the returned item was a gift and the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, a gift certificate will be issued.

In case of Perishable items – we apologize, but we are unable to accept returns on perishable gifts. Any quality issues should be resolved within 24 hours by contacting a customer service representative via e-mail at Laurenkjewelry@aol.com

Lauren Klein is not responsible for:

1. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being available at time of the delivery at the address supplied by the sender

2. Delay in delivery due to act of God.

Problems with your order
An item is missing : Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you

An Order did not arrive: Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping options can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. If you wish to track an order, go to Track Your Orders. An Item is Damaged or Defective - We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from Lauren Klein does not meet with your expectations, simply return it to us. Please read our Return Policy for specific issues about Fine Jewelry and Perishables. You will be refunded for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Processing your return usually takes 2 business days from the day we receive it. The invoice is your sales receipt and must accompany all returns. A Representative will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
